Registration Information

Registration fee includes: symposium, noted meals, program materials, and continuing medical education credits for physicians. On-site registration will be available as seating permits.

Refund Policy
All cancellations must be in writing. Refunds, less a 20 percent administrative charge, will be given until November 1. After November 1, no refunds will be issued. Phoenix Children’s Hospital reserves the right to cancel or change any program for due causes. Cancellation of a program by Phoenix Children’s Hospital will result in a full tuition refund. Phoenix Children’s Hospital is not responsible for the refund of travel or hotel expenses under any circumstance.
